Punjab Government under the leadership of Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz has launched “Apni Zameen Apna Ghar Program” 2025 to provide free 3 marla residential plots to homeless and low-income families. This scheme is especially for people who do not have access to the internet or smartphones. Such persons can register offline by visiting the office of the Assistant Commissioner (AC) of their district.

What is Apna Zemin Apna Ghar program?
It is a government housing scheme aimed at providing free 3 marla plots to landless and low-income families. In the first phase, 1,892 plots will be distributed in 19 districts of Punjab. Selected candidates will also be given an interest-free loan of up to Rs 15 lakh to build their own house.

Who can apply offline?
Individuals who cannot use the internet or a smartphone can apply offline. However, the applicant must fulfill the following conditions:
- Being a permanent resident of Punjab, as evidenced by CNIC.
- No residential plot or house in the name of the applicant, his spouse or dependent children anywhere in Pakistan.
- Monthly household income should be less than Rs 50,000.
- Being registered with the National Socio-Economic Registry (NSER) and having a PMT score of 60 or less.
- Not being a defaulter of any bank or financial institution.
- Not to engage in any criminal activity.

Where to apply and how to get help in the AC office?
The Punjab Government has set up special registration desks in the office of the Assistant Commissioner of each district. There are trained staff who check the applicant’s documents and help in filling the forms.
How to Apply:
- Go to AC office of your district.
- Go to the registration desk of the “Apni Zamin Apna Ghar” program.
- Submit your original and photocopied documents.
- Staff will check your eligibility.
- On proving eligibility, assistance in form filling will be provided.
- Your information will be entered into a digital system.
- After the application is submitted, you will be notified about the draw.
Remember, this process is completely free. If someone asks for money for registration, immediately complain to the helpline.

Documents required for offline application
Applicants must provide the following documents along with originals and photocopies:
- CNIC of the applicant and spouse.
- Proof of residence in Punjab (domicile, utility bill or rent certificate).
- Family Registration Certificate (FRC) of NADRA.
- Proof of monthly income (salary slip or affidavit).
- Proof of NSER registration number or PMT score (60 or below).
The application will be accepted only after verification of all documents.

IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS FOR APPLICANTS

- Check your NSER registration and PMT score; If the score is more than 60, the application will not be accepted.
- If your application is rejected, you can reapply at the next stage.
