After visiting this portal, you first have to create an account by looking at your username. If you have already created an account, then you have to simply log in here. You have to log in with your username and password.
How to fill the form for registration in the AZAG program?
To fill the form, you have to follow a dozen steps. There will be
1 general information
When you come to fill the form, the first thing that will open for you will be the general information form.
In the general information form, you first have to add your full name, then your father’s name, if you are married, then you have to write your wife’s name,
and after that, your CNIC number, your date of birth, your gender, your family status, what kind of work you do, in place of the nominated relative, you can write the name of your father or family helper. The applicant’s mobile number is to be added here, then you have to enter your email address. The applicant has to write his current address below here, then the applicant has to write his permanent address. You have to get your registration done in the same area in which your ID card address is mentioned. If your residence is in a different place and a different address is written on your ID card, then you have to add the address of your ID card, then you have to select your district, select your division, select your tehsil. You have to select, in this you have two options, one is your current address and the other is your permanent address, in this you have to add both of them, in the current address you have to add the address in which you are currently residing and in the permanent address you have to write your identity card address.
2 Income Details
When you come to step four, after coming to the income details option, here you have to enter your monthly income details, in which first you have to show your profession, what you do, after that you have to enter your name, after that you have to enter your monthly income, after that you have to tell the source of your income in the application, if you have any property etc., then in the end you have to click on No or Yes and then click on the Next button.
3 Family Information
When you come to step four, you have to enter your family information here.
In the family information, you have to write the number of family members.
After that, how many dependents do you have, you have to enter them.
Then, how much is the total monthly income of all the earners in the family, you have to enter them and then click on the Next button.
4 Housing Requirements
In step four, you have the Housing Requirements, in which you have to tell whether you are currently living in a rented house or not, you have to select either No or Yes.
Are you benefiting from any government scheme or not, click on No or Yes.
Do you want to take a loan for your house under the Chhat program or not, if yes, click on Yes and if no, click on No.
After that, click on the Next button.
5 Attach documents
In step four, you have to upload some of your documents here, in which the applicant has to upload a photo of himself here.
The applicant’s ID You have to upload a copy of the card here, in which both the front and back side pictures have to be uploaded.
Whatever the proof of income is, you have to upload its forms here.

- Start construction within 6 months of possession.
- Complete construction within 2 years.
